Flowers Riviera
The Flowers Riviera is also called the West Riviera and is in the Imperia Province, from Sanremo to Ventimiglia. Sand beaches and cliffs are part of this seacoast. Tourist places are famous for the crystal-clear water. The climate is mild, there are tourist equippements, and accomodation of every type. The cooking is one of the most Mediterranean between the Italian cookings because of the climate, very similar to the big islands climate, that makes possible the cultivation of grape wines, olives, cereals, legumes, fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs : all these products are essential for the local cooking.
