Cogoleto
Cogoleto is on the coast – west Riviera - between Arenano and Varazze. It is 15 minutes far from Genoa and easily reachable from the highway. In the last years Cogoleto has worked on its tourist side and built a beautiful sea promenade with a bicycle path that links it to Arezano. Downtown it looks like the typical ligurian villages and has many shops, sport facilities and cultural interesting attractions. Many are the equipped bathing establishments as the little cliff bays. The sea bottom is 80 meters deep and hosts the hunk of the “haven” tank ship, sunk in 1991 and, since then, destination fro scuba divers and fisherman.
